Inspection at delivery
Open and inspect your order while the courier is present, before payment and acceptance. Check the item, color, size label, quantity, and visible condition. Trying items on and removing tags are not permitted during inspection.
7-day returns & exchanges
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in their original condition with all original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If something is wrong
Contact us about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We arrange the appropriate solution at no additional shipping cost to you. Shipping costs apply to other return and exchange requests.
